Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your trip, inform us in writing (email or WhatsApp) as early as possible. Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made and on the policies of the hotels and providers booked for your trip. The exact schedule applicable to your booking is shared with your quote.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method after deducting applicable cancellation charges and any non-refundable amounts paid to hotels or suppliers. Processing typically takes 7-14 working days after confirmation.
Amendments
Date or itinerary changes are accommodated wherever possible and may attract revision charges depending on hotel and transport availability.
Force Majeure
In case of weather events, road closures or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust your trip. Refunds in such cases follow supplier policies.
